All services are subject to availability and are governed by written agreements entered into between GrooveSpot Events and its clients. GrooveSpot Events is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party vendors, including but not limited to venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers, rental companies, or transportation providers.

Clients are responsible for securing all required permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required by local, state, or federal authorities unless expressly agreed to in writing. GrooveSpot Events shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, venue restrictions, vendor failures, or governmental actions.

All payments, deposits, and cancellation policies are outlined in the client’s service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable as stated in the applicable contract.

GrooveSpot Events reserves the right to modify services, policies, and pricing at any time.
